Thank you for supporting Crafted Chaos! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s what to expect:

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be extended.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

📬 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for: Delays caused by the carrier. Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us ASAP.

💥 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 Include: Your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
