Crafted Chaos creates handmade, small-batch personal care items, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness matters to us, if your order arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
